📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage export and import clearance documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian customs regulations.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information for customs filings.
• Monitor and update customs clearance status, providing regular updates to clients.
• Maintain and update customs databases and records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Assist in the preparation of customs declarations, invoices, and other related documents.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on customs procedures and regulations.
• Stay updated with changes in customs laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with international standards.
• Handle any customs-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs administration, export/import clearance, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with customs clearance software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
