🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in patient care management, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or a similar credential.
