We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Staff to join our team in Bondowoso. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, overseeing end-to-end accounting processes for our diverse farm and manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

In this role, you will use tools like QuickBooks and SAP to manage our financial records, prepare monthly financial statements, and ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP. You will also work closely with our team to provide financial insights and support our strategic decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
Work with QuickBooks and SAP to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Prepare and submit tax returns, including PPh 21, PPh 23, and PPN.
Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports and audits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a farm or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
Proficiency in using QuickBooks and SAP.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
