📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize trading operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and efficient trading activities
• Monitor and analyze trading performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve operations
• Participate in team meetings, project planning, and other relevant activities as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trading operations, logistics, or a related field
• Proficient in Mandarin language, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of trading operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required
