📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety protocols to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Performing regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Providing training and education to employees on safety best practices and procedures.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety programs and initiatives.
• Monitoring and reporting on safety performance metrics and KPIs.
• Ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Investigating accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all safety-related activities and incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Certified HSE Officer with POP Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a mining or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
