📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality tea beverages, including hot and cold drinks, using premium ingredients and Chatime's signature recipes.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workstation, including equipment and supplies, to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing excellent service and recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily targets and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with Chatime's product offerings, promotions, and training programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Participate in team meetings and follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
