📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective inventory control.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, and coordinate with suppliers and customers.,Ensure the safety and security of warehouse personnel and goods.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety and security protocols in a warehouse environment.,Knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
