Contacting potential customers via phone to promote our products and services.,Building and maintaining relationships with clients.,Following up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction.,Meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues.,Updating and maintaining customer databases.,Participating in team meetings and training sessions.,Adhering to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Passionate about sales and customer service.
