Ascendion is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Manager to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the manual testing processes to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. This is an onsite position, and we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about testing and committed to delivering high-quality software solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the manual testing team to ensure high-quality software delivery.,Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies.,Monitor and evaluate test results to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure that testing processes are integrated into the software development lifecycle.,Conduct training and mentoring for junior testers to improve their skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with the latest testing trends, tools, and best practices.,Report on testing progress and results to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual testing and test management.,Proven track record of leading and managing testing teams.,Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.,Experience in working with Agile and DevOps methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a must.
