📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of the company's IT systems.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies and recommend improvements to the company's IT infrastructure.,Work with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to the company's customers and ensure their satisfaction with the company's IT services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and standards.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.
