📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and staff.,Ensure that all events are executed according to the agreed-upon schedule and budget.,Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage and supervise junior banquet staff.,Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.,Prepare and present event reports to clients and management.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in event management.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed during events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet event management.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards for event management.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
