📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Promote products and services to increase sales and customer engagement.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Assist in store setup, maintenance, and cleanliness to create an inviting atmosphere.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with retail software and point of sale systems is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
