📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience.,Develop and implement menu strategies to meet customer preferences and dietary needs.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and sanitation standards.,Monitor and control food and beverage inventory, ordering, and cost management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of dining services with hospital operations.,Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing staff and budgets.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
