PT Mandiri Mitra is seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to improve workplace culture.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.,Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR information systems and software.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
