As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within the company. You will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that we find the right candidates for our jobs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with hiring managers and department heads.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and employers.
  • Analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Providing excellent customer service to candidates and employers.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
