PT Anugerah Sumber Lestari is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for continuous improvement. This role is crucial in ensuring our products are produced efficiently and meet the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor and maintain production schedules and targets.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.,Train and mentor production staff to improve productivity and quality.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate supply of raw materials.,Handle any production issues and resolve them promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.,Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
