📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure timely completion of orders.,Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production cycle.,Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient use of resources.,Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues.,Maintain accurate production records and reports.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Support the management team in achieving production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fresh graduate with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field.,Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work in a team and independently.
