📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing and managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Coordinating with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow,Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses,Preparing and maintaining operational reports for management review,Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment,Assisting in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives,Providing support to the team during peak periods or special projects,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus
