Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operational goals are aligned with the company's overall objectives.Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company's operations.Represent the company at industry events and conferences.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with ERP systems and process improvement methodologies.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.🛠️ Keahlian
