📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the shop, including stock control, pricing, and promotions.,Ensure that all shop staff are trained, motivated, and performing to the best of their abilities.,Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor and report on shop performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the shop.,Assist in the planning and implementation of shop events and promotions.,Work closely with the hotel management team to ensure that the shop meets the hotel's overall objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing and supervising staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
