📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.,Source, attract, and recruit top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company needs.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.,Foster a positive employer brand and advocate for Up Place Dinamis as an employer of choice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in lead roles.,Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to identify and attract top talent.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
