📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including stock management and inventory control.,Ensure the accuracy and safety of medication dispensing, adhering to all regulatory guidelines.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.,Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.,Conduct regular audits to maintain the quality and safety of pharmacy services.,Train and mentor junior pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.,Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Familiarity with local language and culture is a plus.
