Sentosa Dairy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior HR Generalist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.,Assist in employee relations activities, including addressing employee concerns and facilitating communication between employees and management.,Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to improve the company's HR practices.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.,Assist in organizing HR events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.,Support the HR department in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
