📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness using SAP and Excel.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Generate financial reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update financial records and databases.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in invoicing, accounts payable, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
