📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Participate in staff meetings and team discussions to improve patient care and operational efficiency.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Assist in the administration of vaccinations and other preventive healthcare measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Active nursing license in Bali.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
