📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify training needs through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.,Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning and development initiatives into business processes.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Support the implementation of learning technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant learning technologies.,Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
