📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor HR staff.,Handle employee queries and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
