📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the overall operations and management of the company in Ubud, Bali.,Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the company's growth and success.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and employees to achieve company goals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Monitor financial performance and ensure the company's financial health.,Identify and mitigate risks to the company's operations and reputation.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with the local business environment in Bali is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
