📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and programs for children aged 2-6 years old.
• Create a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans, curriculum materials, and educational resources.
• Monitor and assess children's progress and development, providing feedback and support to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with a team of educators to ensure the highest quality of care and education for all children.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education and childcare.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Promote a positive and inclusive culture that values diversity and respects each child's individuality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education or childcare.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Child Development Associate, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for working with children and a genuine commitment to their well-being.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
