📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital strategies to empower UMKMs in Bangka Belitung.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of experts to drive digital innovation and growth.
• Identify and address the digital needs and challenges of UMKMs in the region.
• Leverage digital tools and technologies to enhance the operations and competitiveness of UMKMs.
• Provide training and support to UMKMs to help them adopt and utilize digital technologies effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of digital initiatives on UMKMs and the local economy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, financial institutions, and industry associations.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies to ensure that UMKMs have access to the latest tools and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation, UMKM development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in driving digital innovation and growth for UMKMs.
• Strong understanding of digital tools and technologies, including e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and data analytics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex challenges.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian, with excellent English communication skills.
• Certification in digital marketing, UMKM development, or a related field is a plus.
