As a Deputy Store Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our store, ensuring that all administrative tasks are efficiently managed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving, counting, and ordering stock.,Support the Store Admin in maintaining accurate records of sales, purchases, and customer transactions.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Prepare and maintain reports on sales, inventory, and customer data.,Assist in organizing and managing store events, promotions, and displays.,Support the Store Admin in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
