Urban Bold Dinamis is looking for a Deputy Procurement Staff to join our team in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative company. The ideal candidate will have a background in procurement or a related field and be able to work well in a team environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and plans.,Provide support to the Procurement Manager in any additional duties as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
