📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Process and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.,Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to new hires in the customer service department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in using computer and customer service software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is a plus.
