📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Promote and uphold the company's values and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
