Duta Putri Health Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Barista to join our team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about coffee and wants to create a great coffee experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and food items to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and work areas to ensure a hygienic environment.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Work efficiently and accurately to meet customer demands and deadlines.,Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.,Ensure the coffee shop is well-stocked and organized to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
