📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage parking spaces to ensure they are available for customers
• Use our parking management system to log vehicle entries and exits
• Issue and validate parking tickets using our ticketing software
• Enforce parking rules and regulations to maintain order and safety
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff
• Conduct regular checks of parking areas to identify and report any issues
• Work collaboratively with security personnel to ensure the safety of all individuals in the parking area
• Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the parking facilities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good knowledge of our parking management system and ticketing software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
