📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on food processing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct inspections and repairs on machinery and equipment, using diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, minimizing downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing necessary measures to mitigate risks.
• Document and record maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the food industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining complex food processing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM and Microsoft Office.
• Valid certification in ISO 22000 or equivalent food safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a focus on safety and quality.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations within Bali.
