📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Process and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and payment records.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to management and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Assist in the preparation of tax-related documentation and filings.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department, including data entry and filing.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance accounting skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduates or recent accounting students with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
